House Washing in Palatine, Illinois

This house softwash was completed in Palatine, Illinois in the neighborhood near Palatine Highschool. Our customer found us on Facebook, we scheduled an estimate, walked the property with the homeowner, and later sent an estimate right to their cell phones!

They accepted and we through them on the schedule.

This was a house softwash for their ranch home, a softwash/rinse for the stained deck, and a concrete cleaning for their two car driveway with the public sidewalks included.

We completed all the work with our traditional softwash procedure. We applied soap, let dwell, watched the algae and mold melt away, and rinsed it clean. We completed one side of the home at a time, and melted the algae and mold off the bottom side of the gutters.

The deck was a softwash, but acted as an amped up rinse. The softwash procedure loosened dirt from the deck and allowed us to rinse it away for a fresh clean feel!

For the concrete we applied an algicide, pressure washed it, then posted treated it again with an algicide to further brighten the concrete deep within its pores. This concrete specifically had dark tannin stains from organic debris that fell off the trees. We completely eliminated them using a special cleaning product.

The project turned out great, and the customer told me that the house was cleaner than it has been for ten years!
