Long Grove Driveway and Patio Washing

The customer contacted Magner Power Wash mid-march after he closed on his new and beautiful home in Long Grove. He responded to a Facebook ad, we responded to him, had a quick conversation, remote quoted the work and put his new home on the schedule!

The previous owners neglected to wash or clean the rear patio and front concrete and it showed. We applied a strong algicide to the concrete and patio let it dwell, and then pressure washed the surfaces. The front was regular concrete and so we used 2500PSI and the rear had a stucco-type coating and so an even lower 2000 PSI was used to prevent etching or damaging the surface.

After the surfaces were pressure washed they were thoroughly rinsed, and a post-treatment algicide was applied to further brighten the surfaces.
